今年自6月份起，公司即開始供應(yīng)防暑降溫涼茶及綠豆湯供員工飲用。7月17日，公司另外精心組織開展了“炎炎夏日·絲絲關(guān)愛”送清涼活動(dòng)，為奮戰(zhàn)在一線的職工們送去了絲絲涼意和誠(chéng)摯關(guān)懷。In the scorching summer, the temperature continues to rise. The Guandaxing Party Branch and the Trade Union Committee organize the summer "Sending Coolness" activity every year.Since June this year, the company has started to provide heat-fighting herbal tea and mung bean soup for employees to drink. 公司各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視職工防暑降溫工作，多次深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求各部門主管落實(shí)好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)職工作業(yè)環(huán)境改善工作，關(guān)注職工健康安全。公司局部車間于幾年前已安裝了中央空調(diào)，同時(shí)要求生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配備防暑降溫藥品，增加排氣扇加強(qiáng)空氣流動(dòng)，降低室內(nèi)溫度，同時(shí)叮囑職工要注意勞逸結(jié)合，保證睡眠，做好自我防護(hù)。夏日送清涼，關(guān)愛暖人心！“送清涼”系列舉措不僅為職工們送去了清涼和關(guān)懷，也極大地鼓舞了職工們的士氣，激發(fā)了大家的工作熱情。公司將繼續(xù)努力提升職工的獲得感和歸屬感，與廣大職工共同創(chuàng)造更加美好的明天！
